When you use Relio, we collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Account information (name, email address)
- Organization and team details
- Build files and associated metadata (bundle IDs, version numbers, provisioning profiles)
- Device UDIDs (collected via Apple's enrollment profile for ad-hoc distribution)
- Beta application form submissions
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Relio platform
- To process and distribute mobile builds
- To validate device eligibility for ad-hoc installations
- To send you notifications about builds and installations
- To respond to support requests
3. Data Storage & Security
Build files are stored in encrypted AWS S3 buckets with short-lived signed URLs. Device UDIDs are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security measures including JWT authentication, role-based access controls, and input validation.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party services that help us operate (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers), all of which are bound by data processing agreements.
5. Data Retention
Build files follow your plan's retention policy (7 days for Free, configurable for Pro). Account data is retained as long as your account is active and deleted upon request.
