1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Relio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
Relio provides a SaaS platform for uploading, validating, and distributing mobile application builds (iOS and Android) to testers via ad-hoc distribution.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for the content of builds you upload
- You must have appropriate distribution rights for all builds
- You must comply with Apple and Google distribution policies
- You must not use the platform for malicious software distribution
4. Apple Ad-Hoc Distribution
iOS builds distributed through Relio use Apple's ad-hoc provisioning. You are responsible for ensuring your provisioning profiles and device registrations comply with Apple's Developer Program License Agreement.
5. Service Limits
Free plan accounts are subject to limits on organizations, projects, active builds, and build retention periods. These limits may be updated from time to time.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, distribute malicious content, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
Relio is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for installation failures, provisioning issues, or data loss beyond what is within our reasonable control.
